Our listener vote is in and we couldn't be happier. Chevy Chase shines in this 1983 classic where the Griswold Family take a road trip to Whalley World.

With Amanda on sick leave, Charlie is joined by WDWNT Nerd Alert's Joe Hogarty where we marvel at Beverly D'Angelo, discuss if Clark really is a 'family man' and whether Kenny Loggins includes the theme from Over The Top in his regular set.

We can't get enough of John Candy and this lesser known film brought some much needed sunshine to Rusted Junk Towers.

The day is finally here - regular listeners will know Charlie's been taunting Amanda with us having to cover Howard The Duck (or Howard: A New Breed Of Hero, if you're outside the US).

We think it's one of our best yet and a fitting podcast for a film that Charlie rates but Amanda had never heard of, never mind seen. Will she think it's a firequacker or just plain fowl?

We always like the chance to revisit the wonderful John Candy but here he's joined by the genius that is Dan Aykroyd and Annette Benning (starring in her first movie).

Charlie likes this as it's  one of his go-to movie when he likes to feel nostalgic but we're joined again by our daughter Amy - will she give a higher or lower score than Dad?

S04E03 - The Mosquito Coast (1986)

Our first 80s film with Harrison Ford! We take a look at this non-Indiana Jones, non-Han Solo film where he has to play a flawed genius, focusing only on himself and his desire to be accepted.

We do our best to lighten a dark film but, inevitably, come back to praising the acting talent on River Phoenix.

The next film will be a comedy - trust me!
